After 30 seconds flip, wait 30 seconds more and spray with garlic oil spray, turn over again and repeat once or twice more, until it starts puffing up slightly and is cooked (cook time per naan 2-3 minutes)
  6. Transfer the naans to a plate lined with kitchen towel and cover with foil until you have made approx 10. For more flavour you can always add some melted ghee, garlic and coriander on top, but we aim to stay healthy.
  7. You can always make these plain by using unflavoured oil or flavour them with different spices!
