  16. Take Whole all spices as required (big and small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, whole black pepper, cumin seeds,badyan ka phool)

  1. In a muslin cloth tie the coriander and sonif seed together to make a spice bag.
  2. Spice bag init add garlic ginger paste,onion,chicken, water and cook.
  3. Aik pan mein oil gram kar ke onion dal ke golden brown kar ke nikakla Lain. Phir is pan mein tomatoes,yoghurt, green chilli,red chilli flakes, gàram masala dal kar bhoony
  4. Phir chicken aur yakhni dal dhain. Rice add kar ke pakain. Jab pani dry hony lagy to rice dum per rakhain bhot low flame…
  5. Now Serve it with salaad and raita.
