  5. Heat up your tawa. Make sure to apply some water on the side where there is no Garlic. Place the Naan on the tawa with the water side down. Cook on a high heat for 2 minutes. Flip the Tawa over and cook it directly on the gas now. One by one, cook all the naans, making sure to maintain a steady heat.
  6. Once done, reapply some more Butter and serve hot.

Remove naan from oven and apply the garlic butter. Meanwhile, whisk the flour and salt together in a large bowl and create a well in the center. Whisk in the warm milk and plain yogurt into the yeast mixture until well-combined. Even for this batch, I made few garlic naan with Kalunji, for me, and some without kalunji for Vishal.
