Instructions to make Paprika & Mushroom Pork Chops:
- Heat oil in med-high pan
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste
- Saute chops until cooked through, turning as required. Anywhere from 2-6 minutes a side depending on thickness
- Slice onion and mushrooms while chops cook
- Remove cooked chops and set aside. Cover with foil and let rest while you finish the sauce.
- Reduce pan to medium heat, Melt butter in pan, add onions, saute until tender, about 5 minutes
- Add mushrooms, continue cooking until tender, about 5 minutes
