- Saute the onion, take it out
- On the same pan, saute the chicken
- Put in the mixed ingredients
- Take out the chicken
- Put in more water, stir it until a bit thiccπ
- Put in the chicken, mix it until all side pf the chicken got coated nicely
- Put it on the plate and garnish it
And yet it tastes just as good! Plus it's such a flavorful sauce so it doesn't even require marinating. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. When the oil is hot, brown the chicken thighs well on both sides and set them to the side. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and whisk together making sure to scrape the bottom well.
