Steps to make Naan Khatai:
  1. Melt clarified butter and Allow to cool. now freeze in the freezer.
  2. Beat Frozen butter with electric beater, while beating gradually add sugar, Samolina, flour, cardemom powder and baking powder.
  3. Knead to make a smooth surface dough. Now make a small ball from dough as required size and press with palm.
  4. Place all dough pressed balls on Baking lined tray and by using thumb make slightly depression into the center.
  5. Now brush with egg yolk and top some chopped pistachios and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Naan khatai is ready to serve.
