- Heat oil in kadhai and put haldi pieces and fry it or 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
- Take a pan and put methi dana (fenugreek), fennel seed and black pepper and roast it for 1 minute and keep aside.
- Now mix split mustard seed, red chilli powder and little amount of oil and mix well.
- Now take a plate put roasted fenugreek seed, fennel seed, black pepper,red chilli powder and spilit mustard seed mixture and salt and mix it well.
- Now add fried turmeric and lemon juice and mix well and pour it in an airtight jar.
- Now add remaining oil and close the jar's lid.
- Now your turmeric pickle is ready.
- (you can use pickle after 2-3 days as turmeric is already fried).
