- In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- Add spoonful at a time to mixer until all dry ingredients are completely incorporated. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Roll into grape sized balls and roll in bowl of sugar to coat.
- Add to parchment paper lined baking sheets.
- Bake in oven for 7 minutes. Rotate sheets and cook an additional 7 minutes. (14 minutes total).
- Allow to rest for 2 minutes and then cool on cooling racks.
- This recipe makes a LOT of little cookies…approximately 225 or so but trust me, they will go fast! This dough can be frozen too if you don't want to use all at once. Enjoy!
