- First of all take a bowl. Add maida, water, sugar powder, salt and oil. Knead well to make a smooth dough. Keep the dough for 1 hour.
- In another bowl take chicken. Add ginger-garlic paste, Tikka masala, red chillies, cumin powder, garlic powder and yogurt. Mix well and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
- Now again knead dough and made small balls (pedas) and rest it for 10 minutes.
- In a pan put oil and heat it. Put marinated chicken and fry it and put aside.
