- Take brinjal and grilled on heat properly.when it is properly grilled off the flame and mashed it propely.

- When the oil is heat put into ginger, garlic paste.
- When it is change in brown colour put into onion and tomato and green chill and fried it.
- When it is look like fried put into all masala's and salt. And mix well properly.
- In the end put into brinjal paste and mix well…
- And fry for 5 min in sim the flame.after that off the flame…
- Take a plate put into fried Brinjal paste and decorate with coriander leaf.now it is ready to serve with heat bread or chapati.
- If u want more yummy put into green peas (1/2 cup green peas and put into 5 min in boiled water and after that fried with onion and tomato…it is soft and increase taste)
