- Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in a flat bottomed pot and fry the bacon.
- Add the chopped onions and fry till they are translucent. Add the salt to sweat the onions.
- Add the chopped garlic and chillies and fry for a minute.
- Add the thyme, rosemary and celery.
- Add the mushrooms and cook till the mushrooms look cooked.
- Add the cooked rice, drizzle the soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and the beaten eggs. Mix all well so that rice is coated evenly with the sauces and the cooked bacon and mushrooms. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from flame.
