- Add the oil or Spray oil in the Wok on medium heat, add the Beef and marinade to the wok and cook until meat is browned. Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cornflour in the water and add to the beef mix
- Add the Spinach to the beef mix and stir, Season with white pepper.
- Mix the cornflour/ starch with the cold water to make a slurry paste. Add to the meet If its too thick add a little more water 1/4 cup.
