- Mix all well and simmer until the rice is done. Add a tsp grated lemon peel. And 1 tsp lemon juice mix in then set out on serving plate and add the curried chicken on top.
In a large skillet, saute chicken and onion in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in coconut milk and tomato paste.
