Steps to make Shakshuka:
- Heat oil in Pan on medium heat, Add Chorizo and cook until done, remove and put aside.
- Keeping the flavor left from the Chorizo, add Onion, Capsicum and Garlic to the pan, sweat off.
- Add Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Chilli Powder, Chilli Flakes, Cumin, and sugar, once cooked through for 5 minutes, turn to low heat.
- Slice cooked Chorizo and add to the Pan.
- Make 6 indents into the pan to fit in the eggs, Crack eggs in pan and place a lid.
- Once Eggs are cooked, Remove lid, Season with Salt/Pepper & Garnish with Parsley/Cilantro.
