- For the excess dough you can make patterns and place over the pie. I used snowflake cutter since its kinda snowing at the moment. Place on top and eggwash then sprinkle the sugar.
- Bake for 20mins in the preheated oven. Then Wrap the pie crust edges with aluminum foil and reduce temperature to 180 and bake for 25_30mins.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1-3hrs before slicing
- Enjoy with ice cream or cream cheese
